Custom Wheelchair Vertical Platform Lift Installation

This client needed to gain access to house. There were stairs in existence already. Working with the client, we determined a custom platform lift installation would best suit their needs.
There was also a front with sidewalk entrance that was very narrow.
In our customization, we built over top of the staircase and created an entrance way on the left side for the platform lift. We were able to maintain an entrance space on the stairs on the right for others to use. We also added some extra support to allow for the narrow walkway that wasn’t quite wide enough for the complete unit.
We added a gate to the entrance of the platform lift.
