How Common is Incontinence?
Incontinence is more prevalent in women. In fact, incontinence is just as common as hay fever! Research indicates that one in four women over 35 have experienced incontinence.
Incontinence in men is not something usually discussed so it seems rarer than it is. In fact it’s really quite common, particularly among men who have an enlarged prostate or who have had prostate surgery, but there are a variety of other causes as well.
