I just wanted to acknowledge the highly efficient and professional service we received from Darrian in repairing my mother's stair lift. Darrian listened carefully as I described the problem, showed me the internals and some of the potential problem areas, and then quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified it in no time. He noticed another issue and took care of it as well. He then thoroughly checked both stair lifts to ensure everything was working as it should. Recently we decided that we want to install a stair lift in our house due to my sister being special needs as she can't walk. Originally we were in contact with Motion Care. Motion Care wasn't helpful at all as the guy came to our house and didnt explain anything. That is when we decided to ask Advantage Home Health Solutions as we found them through Google. Phil And Leila came to our house and explained to us the entire ramp program and what our options are really are, which made us decide that we are going to get the stairlifts installed by Advantage Home Health Solutions. Also, today we came to their shop and Leila explained everything the different types of stairs lifts. Leila has been amazing and guiding us through this process. If anyone plans or needs any specialized services please contact Leila as she gives the best advice and is really nice and friendly.

My stairlift, a Handicare Freecurve, was starting to exhibit intermittency, so I contacted Advantage Home Health Solutions, who promptly dispatched a technician. Vasyl, polite, soon arrived and immediately got to work. From my observation, it was not an easy job, but Vasyl persevered, worked diligently, had the necessary replacement parts, and got everything working. Better than it has for some time. He cleaned up the work area afterwards, and my stairlift is working fine now. I’m very satisfied with the work.

I am a frequent traveler and have been told for a long time I should get some compression socks for my flights. I recently had the need to travel to mainland China for work. I figured if there was a time to try them this would be it. I got a hold of Advantage and they were able to get me sized up right away with some socks. Its a family run operation and I received very personalized service. The young lady helping me was confident, knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. Normally after getting off a flight (even 3hrs) I have that tired, ok let's go feeling walking up the jetway. Even after 12hrs in the air, I didn't have that same feeling. They are thin and light as well and withstood the 37C plus heat in China better than my cotton socks. Thanks Advantage for getting me fixed up, I definitely won't fly even short distances without them again!
